Return policy

Products can be returned under following conditions:

• Products were purchased and delivered within last 14 days
• Product packaging is in good condition
• Products are unopened
• In case the product consists of a set of products the complete set needs to be returned.
  (Example: Component A + B of an epoxy resin)
• Products were not customized or colored on demand

• Order number
• Products and quantity you would like to return
• Reason for return
